April Community Trips at RES Success
Every month our programs take trips into our community and around the Bay Area. We volunteer to serve others; learn about history, science and art; visit stores and attractions; and meet up with our friends!
Last month, our trips included…
the employee appreciation lunch at Vitas Healthcare where two of the people we serve were being honored for their contributions
the Police Safety Expo at Diablo Valley College where we especially enjoyed meeting the working horses from the East Bay Regional Park District
the Benicia Capital State Historic Park where we learned about California history
and having fun with friends in Walnut Creek, where we created fun bracelets and met up with Ian Bremner, the founder and executive director of RES Success!
These are just a few of the places that we visited in April. Our programs take trips nearly every day to help the people we support connect with and enjoy their communities.
