Since 1994, RES SUCCESS has provided day-treatment programs for adults with cognitive impairment, autism, and other developmental disabilities. Although we serve the full developmental spectrum, many of our participants also suffer from mental health and/or extreme behavioral challenges, such as schizophrenia and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Sadly, people like these often slip through the cracks in the healthcare system and are warehoused in state institutions. We have proven there is a better way.
Our motto, and the job description of every person at RES SUCCESS, is “instilling dignity and respect for greater independence.” We take that very seriously; it is the cornerstone of our training, our thinking, and our actions. This philosophy is the foundation of our success.While the State of California provides important funding for our work, it is the support of our generous individual, corporate, and foundation donors that allow us to provide the highest quality experience for our clients.
The community recognizes the value of our approach; our waiting list currently has about 70 people. Which is why we are expanding our programs by opening a brand new facility.

Gifts of Stock can provide much-needed support for our services and can offer you financial benefits as well. If you have owned the securities for more than one year and itemize deductions, you may be entitled to an income tax deduction for the full market value of the securities, and you may avoid capital gains taxes on the sale.
A Bequest allows you to bequeath a specific amount
of money, a percentage of your estate, or a specific property to RES
SUCCESS through your will. You retain full control of your assets during your life and
make a significant gift in support of people living with disabilities.
Life Insurance Policies offer you the opportunity to
name RES SUCCESS as a beneficiary to receive all or a portion of the
proceeds of a life insurance policy.
Retirement Annuities or Pension Funds may grow to exceed your
needs, or your may find they are subject to the federal
excise tax on over-funded retirement plans. You can make a current or future gift of these funds to RES SUCCESS.
